Falta de mantenimiento
El apartamento está bien, pero le falta mantenimiento. La ducha está con los mandos rotos y sin la repisa para poner los jabones(ver foto) . El extractor de humos de la cocina no esta conectado a ninguna salida de humos, acaba en el armario de encima, (ver foto) por lo que todo el humo y olores de la cocina se queda dentro del apartamento . La cama es pequeña, y el somier está remendado con unos hierros y remaches, muy penoso. (ver foto). Por lo demás correcto, limpio, y la chicas de la recepción del hotel muy atentas y profesionales.

Apartamento muy agradable, limpia y reformado, por poner algún inconveniente diría que respecto a la accesibilidad, en la parte exterior del edificio había muchas escaleras en ausencia de rampa y dentro del mismo la rampa era estrecha y muy pronunciada. Lo valoraría con 7,5

Terrible olor a tabaco. La camas no son muy confortables. La ubicación es inmejorable.
