Our new luxury, bright and peaceful 4-bedroom home features also a separate 2-bedroom casita, designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, combining comfort, privacy, and relaxed tropical luxury!

Our private backyard and pool area are our favorites- this is where family life happens and memories are created! We hope it will for you too! We love our slow mornings by the pool with coffee, playing basketball and soccer barefoot outside, volleyball games before sunset, floating in the pool for hours, and long relaxed evenings together after the beach.

We wanted our home to feel fun, easy, welcoming- where kids can play freely, adults can unwind, and everyone can reconnect together away from the stress of everyday life. Guests enjoy full access to Reserva Conchal’s incredible amenities, including the beach club, white sand Playa Conchal, pools, spa, gym, golf course, tennis courts, hiking trails, kayaks, paddle board courts, boogie boards, and the restaurants of the W and Westin resorts.

A free shuttle service is available throughout the resort, making it easy to move between the beach club, hotels, golf course, and other amenities.

Other things to note
Sanara is one of Reserva Conchal’s newest neighborhoods, which means the area is still growing and there are some daytime construction nearby a few days a week. Think of it as witnessing Costa Rica’s newest luxury neighborhood coming to life ;D

To account for this, we’ve adjusted our pricing accordingly, offering over 40% off while our neighborhood is being completed, while still offering a beautiful, fully functional family home with full access to all the amazing Reserva Conchal amenities.

The house is completely set up for easy, fun vacation days. Spend the afternoon in the private pool, shoot hoops, play soccer with the kids, or just relax in the tropical garden after a day at the beach. We’ve also stocked the house with floaties, games, and toys to help everyone settle into vacation mode.
