Escape to a perfect waterfront getaway on exclusive Holiday Isle! This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath canal front townhome offers the best of both worlds: amazing views of the canal from your deck and access to Destin's sugar white beaches! Your stay includes a private boat lift (max length 25ft) giving you instant access to all that Destin has to offer! Whether you are coming to fish, enjoy beautiful beaches or explore the famous Crab Island- It's all minutes away!

THE SPACE

Guests must be 25 years of age to book.

This is a townhouse - Guests must be comfortable with stairs to access the main living areas and upstairs bedrooms.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect our neighbors!

We do not allow pets.

No parties or events allowed.

No trailer, boat or jet ski parking allowed in any parking space! HOA Fines apply.

Boats must be launched from a public boat launch and trailers stored offsite (see tips for boaters below).


Maximum boat size is 25 ft. this includes the motor- NO EXCEPTIONS

No Trailer, boat or jet ski parking at the property. This is an HOA rule and fines do apply.

Guests bringing a boat will need to notify at time of booking to ensure the boat will fit our dock space.

BEACH ACCESS

There are 2 public beach accesses within walking distance of the townhouse. There is a map of beach accesses hanging beside the front door of the unit.

O’Steen Beach Access is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. There is limited parking available and it is “pay by the day.”

Norriego Point Park is just past O’Steen and is also about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Again, limited parking available.

There are also two private beach accesses available to guest of Holiday Isle. The keycards hanging by the front door are used to access those areas.

Norriego/Gulf Shore Access is a 10-12 minute walk. There is no parking available at this access.
Moreno/Gulf Shore Access is a 16-18 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart ride (limited golf cart parking available.)

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master Bedroom: King Bed with ensuite bathroom
Upstairs Guest Bedroom: Twin over Queen Bunk Bed with guest bathroom.
Lower Bedroom (lockout unit) Queen Bed with Bathroom.
Living Room: Queen Sleeper sofa

GUEST ACCESS

Guest have access to the entire home as well as dedicated dock space!

EXTRAS & AMENITIES YOU WILL LOVE!

Prime Season Water Taxi- The Destin Water Taxi is available by phone call to pick you up on the dock and take you on a scenic harbor ride to Destin’s Best Restaurants and Harbor Walk Village!

Golf Cart Rental Is Available from many local dealers! They are street legal and can be rented by the day or the week! This is a great way to get around on Holiday Isle and to many local restaurants and Ice cream shops!

Boat Rental- There are several boat rental options available in the area. Many will deliver and pick up at our dock for a small fee.

Summer Fireworks- Destin Harbor Walk Village hosts fireworks shows every Saturday night during the Summer. The show can be seen from Harbor Walk Village as well as Norriego Point!

Paddleboarding- There are 2 Paddleboards available for your use. They are located on the lower deck. Please use caution during any water sports.

Bicycles- There are 3 adult size bicycles available in the garage area. Feel free to bring your own as well! Holiday Isle is a fantastic Bike area!

Beach Towels- There are several beach towels for you to use on the rack in the garage area. If you chose to use them please wash, dry, fold, and return them to the rack the night before your check out.

WATERFRONT PRIVATE DECKS- Watch the dolphins play and the boats pass by.

DOCK FOR FISHING AND BOATING located right outside your door! $150 Cleaning Fee.
