Leider gibt es im Hotel keine Bar; sondern nur eine kleine Cafeteria. Alkohol wird auch nicht angeboten, ist aber in den VAE nichts ungewöhnliches. Hotel liegt perfekt zur Emirates Mail und Dubai Ski

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Wir fanden die Location sehr gut, ein paar Gehminuten von der Mall of the Emirates. Von da kann man mit Metro weiterfahren. Mit dem ist das Hotel gut erreichbar und man kann von da schnell in alle Richtungen fahren, z.B. Downtown Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Deira. Würde die Gegend wieder wählen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, aber die Kellner sind sehr langsam, das Hotel ist von 4 Baustellen umgeben, aber bei geschlossen Fenster OK, Fitnessraum OK, Pool super, im großen und ganzen Preis Leistung stimmt

Für Stadturlaub gut geeignet
Hotel liegt hinter der Mall ofthe Emirats, die mit Hotelshuttle oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ist. Dort ist auch die Metrostation. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr sauber, dort kann man auch ein paar Stunden Sonne tanken. Unser Zimmer mit zwei Schlafräumen war sehr großzügig geschnitten.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut, die Zimmer sind großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Leider sind rund um das Hotel mehrere Baustellen, so dass es in den Morgenstunden schon mal etwas lauter werden kann.

Sehr gutes Hotel Nahe Mall und Metro
Das Hotelteam war immer sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unser Zimmer schon am frühen Morgen bekommen, obwohl erst ab 14 Uhr Checkin möglich ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielseitig und gut. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt, sogar abgewaschen. Kaffee und Tee wurde immer aufgefüllt. Es wurde an alles gedacht, Nähzeug, Bügeleisen,Hygieneartikel. Einziges Manko: Das Geschirr war etwas knapp, pro Person gab es nur ein Set. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war Top. Diesen haben wir jeden Tag ausgiebig genutzt. Fitnesscenter, Gamesroom und Sauna waren auch vorhanden, hatten wir allerdings nicht genutzt. In 10-15 min waren wir zu Fuß an der Mall und Metro. Die Lage des Hotels war super.

Zentrales Hotel ohne viel Schnick Schnack
Es war alles hervorragend, die Zimmer, das Personal, der Pool, das Gym, die Sauna! Allerdings gibt es leider ein Minus beim Frühtsück. Ein bisschen chaotisch alles und die Auswahl leider nicht so groß.

cleanliness issue
The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews
The appartment was very smelly, the sofa smelled very bad that I was afraid to sit on it. I was hearing the soind of water in the pipes and specially when any room around me was flushing. The hotel staff were very unprofessional. It was a very bad experience

Very comfortable stay ..quit spacious apartment with daily regular room service..staff were very friendly, impressed by politeness and professionalism of staff in reception and restaurant especially, Shahzad and Yosry in restaurant… My only adverse comment is on extra beds’ charges .very much overpriced . Gym and swimming pool facility were always clean and opened for long hours..very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Mall if Emirates and a lot of nearby restaurants

Family oriented
Amazing hotel highly recommended for families, we stayed a 2 bedroom apartment. My kids were playing in the living room as they if we they were at home. Beds were good, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed needed. Reception was excellent and service as well. Parking area in the basement is nice. Grocery delivery is near by and emirate mall is 5 min by walk. Only thing you need to remember is if your eating breakfast at the restaurant you need to wake up early to find a table before 9 am.

Good location, Great price, Large rooms.
Good location, great price for the area. Spacious rooms. Needed more basic things stocked - more coffee, toilet paper, and they didn't have wash clothes. I would stay here again though.
