Aufgrund der Jahreszeit wurden wir in das Hotel Excelsior in Dubrovnik umgebucht, was wie das Hotel Bellevue, zur ADRIATIC LUXURY HOTELS gehört. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr schön, vor allem da unser Wunsch, den ich im Vorfeld geschrieben habe, berücksichtigt wurde. Das Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichlich. Wer dort nichts für sich gefunden hat, ist selber schuld. Verschiedene Eierspeisen, Waffeln und Crêpes wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

Perfect walking distance - glad we chose Bellvue
Amazing view, clean and spacoius rooms, perfect breakfast, very nice staff and immaculate service. We would definitely visit this hotel again. And best of all: Only 15min walk to the old town. This hotel is in perfect walking distance. We were considering other options further away - glad we took Hotel Bellevue instead of other hotels more far away.

Exzellenter Service in perfekter Lage
Das Hotel ist angenehm einen 15-minütigen Fußweg von den Toren der Altstadt gelegen, dadurch entgeht man dem Lärm und der Menschenmassen, versteckt in einer malerischen Bucht mit direktem Strandzugang, welche aus allen Balkonzimmern überblickt wird. Der Service ist exzellent, alle Angestellten lauern nur darauf, die Wünsche von den Lippen abzulesen und zu erfüllen. Abgerundet wird alles durch modernes, unaufdringliches aber wohnlich-warmes Interieur, einem hervorragenden Restaurant (Michelin-Guide 2018) und einer Bar mit Livemusik und einem atemberaubenden Blick. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut durch das Order Made-Konzept, davon können sich andere 5*-Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden. Mit Amenities (L‘Occitane sowie Edelschokolade, Wasser und alle Arten von Handtüchern) ist man immer reichlich versorgt. Das traumhafte Wasser, und die Geborgenheit in der Bucht, sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze runden alles ab. Unbedingte Empfehlung!

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschöner Lage

Gute Lage genau zwischen Altstadt und Gruz
Das Personal ist hervorragend, jeder Mitarbeiter war jederzeit hilfsbereit, professionell und freundlich. Die Lage ist praktisch, da sowohl die Altstadt als auch der Hafen Gruz zu Fuss erreichbar sind, weshalb wir dieses Hotel auch gewählt hatten. Ausserdem direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand. Der Blick ist toll, so dass das Hotel seinen Namen zu Recht trägt. Das Frühstück bietet gute Auswahl und Qualität. Die einzigen Abstriche gibt es für die Einrichtung des Zimmers. Das Bad war für eine Suite sehr klein. Der Waschtisch bot kaum Ablagen und auch sonst war die Qualität des Badezimmers nicht auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Es gab auch keinen brauchbaren größeren Tisch im Zimmer, so dass wir unser Room-Service Dinner teilweise auf dem Bett essen mussten, da auch der Room-Service selbst keinen Tisch mitbrachte, sondern mit Tabletts kam, die wir nirgends abstellen konnten. Aber auch hier versuchten die immer hilfsbereiten und motivierten Mitarbeiter zu improvisieren, so dass das den allgemein sehr schönen Aufenthalt nicht nachhaltig trübte.

Top Hotel! Wir kommen wieder! Hotel ist ein wirkliches 5-Sterne Hotel! Bereits bei der Ankunft wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt, Koffer werden ins Zimmer gebracht. Zimmer sind wunderschön und modern eingerichtet, glaube die meisten mit Meerblick. Es gibt immer eine große Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer und die Zimmer werden täglich gesäubert, sogar Betten werden immer wieder frisch bezogen. Frühstück ist super, mit großer Auswahl beim Buffet und zusätzlichen Gerichten a la cart. Es gibt einen Spa-Bereich mit kleinem whirlpool und Schwimmbecken sowie einer Sauna. Lage ist eher zentral, man ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt!

Hübsches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt dort (im Oktober). Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kann quasi die Highlights erlaufen (zur Altstadt 15 Min.). Bushaltestellen sind auch in der Nähe mit direkter Anbindung zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren hübsch und sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut, der kleine Kies-Strand auch sehr schön. Es gibt einen kleinen Indoor-Pool, einen Whirlpool, ein kleines Dampfbad und eine kleine Sauna. Der Service war super aber die Essens-Preise im Hotel sind generell sehr gehoben und das Abendessen ist aus meiner Sicht nicht im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (haben dann meist draussen gegessen). Generell kann ich das Hotel aber sehr empfehlen.

Atemberaubende Lage über dem Meer
Dieser Kurzurlaub war ein Traum! Das Bellevue Hotel bietet alles, was man dazu braucht: Schöne Zimmer (kostenloses Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick 😀), tolles Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, außergewöhnlich gutes Restaurant, überall supernettes Personal, alles blitzsauber, wundervoller Indoor Pool - wir haben die Tage rundum genossen!!!

Tolles Hotel, eigene Bucht, nahe der Altstadt
Wir haben uns von der (dank Austrian Airlines) sehr späten Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr wohl gefühlt!! Das gesamte Team ist sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit (auf Nachfrage wurden uns z.B. die eigentlich noch nicht im Einsatz befindlichen Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung gestellt). Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem und wir haben den eigenen Balkon fleissig genutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine grosse Auswahl und die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren ein Traum. Der Meerblick von Zimmer und Restaurantterrasse ist traumhaft schön. Die eigene saubere Badebucht ist klein aber völlig ausreichend, das Wasser türkisblau und kristallklar. Zu Fuss erreicht man die wunderschöne Altstadt (ein Schmuckstück) locker in nur 15min. Der Innenpool ist relativ klein und das Wasser eher kühl, die Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert (dafür hat es uns unten am Strand zu gut gefallen).

Very nice hotel, great service, good breakfast
I spent three nights, celebrating my Dad's birthday in two adjacent Superior rooms. Overall, a very nice stay, with a very friendly staff. The view from the balcony was really nice, I plunged into the cool sea-water (end of February). One point to mention is that it is easy to get 'lost' in the hotel, it is a bit of a maze, with separate staircases taking you to different places, but you get used to it. Breakfast was quite nice, but I was surprised to see things running out: e.g. there was no bread at all at 10:00 am (the restaurant closes at 10:30 am) and the same thing happened to some other items (feta cheese, some of the salami). There are, however, plenty of items to order from a nice menu (omlettes, freshly squeezed orange juice, sparkling wine, etc). The TV was a bit hard to operate (my remote control had some issues), but that is not a big deal. Overall, a very pleasant stay - I decided to give it a four out of five - was not 'perfect', just 'very good'.

Lage und Service werden nur vom Blick übertroffen.
Service immer freundlich & zuvorkommend & gut gelaunt, Anzahl Servicekräfte hoch. Hotel wunderbar in die Klippe gebaut, hervorragend eingerichtet, Zimmer war nach dem Frühstücksbesuch immer schon gemacht, Hotel riecht gut (kein Fettgestank aus dem / im Frühstücksraum), Fahrstuhlmusik im Essbereich / Wellnessbereich gar nicht mal so schlecht, könnte aber noch leiser sein. Frühstücksangebot vergleichsweise weniger abwechslungsreich, aber völlig ausreichend, es gab z.B. immer 2 Platten mit Lachs und anderem Fisch. Parkplatzreservierung problemlos, Ein- und Auschecken ebenso.

Super hotel

Ein langes Wochenende in Dubrovnik zu zweit
Check-In /Check-Out lief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Frühstück war excellent, bei der Qualität sowie der Auswahl. Ausblick vom Zimmer war atemberaubend, da das Hotel am Hang über eine Bucht gebaut ist. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
