I booked a stay, and my credit card was charged without any issues. However, on the day of check-in, they claimed that my card declined the security deposit payment. Instead of notifying me, they canceled my booking, leaving us stranded. Strangely, I saw the security deposit charge as pending, and when I contacted my credit card company, they confirmed that there were no issues on their end.
