Upon arriving (we had 6 rooms for 10 persons and an € 5500 invoice) our request for a parking space was denied-they have been full-and it was not possible to order the parking together with the reservation. So my Russian friend had to explore Munich and has found 10 minutes walk away a praking, which was recommended by the hotel. reception staff was friendly; Hotel is a modern design hotel, which one will love or hate; to me the breakfast room is like a student mensa with a just sufficient offer and not enough staff, to carry used plates and cups away on a fully booked morning. Spa area is a bit overdone for their 2 small saunas, where one was out of order (such a sauna is for a private house, not for a SPA). The Gym has as I do remember 2 treadmills and a bike and some weights. Overall the best thing is, that this hotel is in walking distance (10 minutes) to the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest), This offsets everything during that period. But not in this period its a cold, heavily overpriced hotel with a lausy staff (not attentative) at the bar in the groundfloor, but nice reception staff. Regarding the finish of the build quality its obvious everywhere, that there was not enough time or money or quality control to produce a high quality bathroom with perfect fitting tiles and paint.
