Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Speisen sind gut und solide gekocht und es hat mir täglich eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und die Einrichtung überzeugt. Das Animations Team war unglaublich gut! Die haben sich wirklich ins Zeug gelegt. Leider habe ich an meinem letzten Tag eine Lebensmittelvergiftung aufgelesen Kann ich wirklich empfehlen dieses Hotel

Große Anlage, an der es an einigen Ecken bröselt
Sehr große Anlage, an der es an einigen Ecken bröselt Die notwendigen Sanierungsarbeiten werden versucht. Das Essen fanden wir sehr durchschnittlich und langweilig. Die Sauberkeit beim Geschirr lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer waren sauber, jedoch die Badgarnituren nicht richtig befestigt. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich. Wir würde in dieser Anlage nicht wieder Urlaub machen.

Abwechsungsreiches Hotel an schönem Hausriff
Die Anlage unterscheidet durch seine "Insel", die neben dem Hausriff gut 200m vom Strand entfernt ist. Dort ist ebenfalls ein Restaurant und Toiletten, Duschen, Liegen und verschiedene Einstiege ins Meer/Riff. Daher für Schnorchler gut geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlcih und trägt mit dem guten Essen zu einem positiven Urlaubserlebnis bei, denn sicherlich gibt es neuere und chickere Hotels, aber die Stimmung und der Mix macht es. Für Kinder ein Paradies, gepfegte Katzen, Kamel, Kids Club, nette Animation, warmer Pool, alles da. Azur macht vieles richtig und macht den Gästen Freude, so hat man zu Ostern in der Halle Hasen zum Streicheln in ein Gehege gestellt. Die Kleinen fanden es toll, die Hasen...na ja. :-) Keine Frage, wenn Hurghada, dann gerne wieder Arabia Azur.

Scenic Views: The resort boasts fantastic scenic views that added a special charm to our stay. Reasonable Pricing: The pricing was quite reasonable, aligning well with the quality of services and amenities provided. Areas for Improvement: Parking: The parking facility is located at a sister hotel, requiring a 3-5 minute walk. This setup can be inconvenient, particularly when carrying luggage or making frequent trips to the vehicle. Hotel Layout: Our initial room placement in separate buildings was not ideal for a family stay. However, the staff were helpful in relocating us to the same building, which was much appreciated. Sound Insulation: The sound insulation could be enhanced, as noises, especially footsteps in corridors, were noticeable at night. Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux avec une chambre qui donnait à la fois sur la plage et la piscine. Immense piscine, parc, plages privées où l'on peut y voir de nombreux poissons. Le personnel est absolument merveilleux. Nous avons été pris en charge, sans rien demander, par le même serveur tout au long de notre séjour, vraiment adorable (salle 2) il nous a même offert des fruits pour notre retour en avion, quelle délicate attention ❤️ J'ai découvert un merveilleux pays, de merveilleuses personnes notamment dans cet hôtel. The property it’s self was beautiful. Sits right on the Red Sea and also has a large pool. We felt safe with the property being gated and lots of security. The rooms were spacious, good shower pressure and the a/c worked great. Incredible view if you have a lagoon view, nice balcony with seating area. The beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. At one point I considered sleeping on the couch as it was softer. The food was very bland and very little variety. The same thing 4 times out of the week changing up one or two things. Overall we had a great experience but I would not return. I need something with more comfortable bedding and much better food.

We love it! My husband and I spend 4 days here and have a wonderful time! We where giving tips to the employees specifically at the restaurants if not they do not care much about you, is egypt ( everything is about money) and don’t give me wrong, we always tip everywhere but here is important for you to have a better stay. Pay for the room with sea view because i pay for a normal room and they send me to the last room, far far away from everything, the resort is huge, so it took us like 15 min to go from room to the beach or from room to restaurant, so i recommended to pay more for the view and location. The resort is amazing, super clean, the housekeeper where amazing, they did a decoration with the towels and left fruit basket in the room , it was a great and pleasant surprise that make us feel special. We will definitely stay here again!

I had an excellent time , the staff was highly accommodating and friendly. The resort was a dream with the views of the sea and lagoon. The buffet food was not amazing however it was edible , the only recommendation would be to add some more spice. Would recommend to keep pool open after 6pm also.

It was a very good experience, we enjoyed our stay. Good service, fast and friendly staff Great Location and a lot of activities: pool, beach, lagoons, tennis and squash. even it was almost full capacity but you won't feel it because it's a big resort.
