Property showed excessive wear and had some pre-existing problems when we arrived. The MBR toilet seat was loose and the king sized bed had come apart at the frame. Also both faucets in the MBR sink were clogged (restricted). We also lost wi-fi for a day and a half (which we were able to fix ourselves). The decorative carpets (on vinyl flooring) are heavily soiled). I think itâs time for this unit to be thoroughly evaluated and updated!Good Night Stay were very helpful and professional and did what they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!
Check in went smoothly, but the back gate remote was broken. So we texted, called, and left a message and no one answered. Later that night we were trying to reenter the property and the key pad stopped working and started beeping, luckily friends were still inside or we would not have been able to get in. We called support and Dylan was so so helpful and said someone would be there the next morning to get it fixed. Mind you, the front door's keypad didnt work and to exit out the back door you had to go through the gate, which we also couldnt open so essentially we were trapped here. We canceled our plans for the night but the next morning we had plans that we had to attend. We were told the maintenance people would be there before we left, or shortly after. They didnt come until after 4 pm. We got back from our plans and we again unable to enter the property. We again had to call and be let into the property. If it were one or the other, the back gate remote not working or the front key pad, this would not have been an issue at all, but as it was both, we were essentially trapped in and unable to get back in when we did leave. We just wish there was more urgency with this situation.
Poor communication with unresolved issues. No permit for parking; many issues should be addressed
Loose railing on stairway could be liability! Front entry light burned out; no specific parking spot and no permit for parking; fiasco checking in took 45 min online to try and straighten it out; ice maker frozen -clogged; faucet only drippedclogged:Faucet
We were a group of 2 best friends and our 4 daughters aged 8-16, enjoying a Nashville girls weekend. Funky Town was the.best.place we could have possibly found. It is just as cute and CLEAN and adorable as the photos show. The communication with the host was outstanding, they answered every inquiry within minutes. I canât recommend this place enough. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do including an amazing concert at the Ryman. It was close enough to everything but also felt like we were removed from the chaos. I canât wait to stay here again.
The Good - Property looked as advertised with just a bit of normal wear n' tear. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as well as the bathrooms. The host company was very prompt at answering our question and fixing any issue. An added benefit was there's a great resident across the parking lot - Husk. It's a bit expensive and requires a reservation but it's good!
The Not so Good - Cleaning staff could have done a better job. For example, the primary bath and kitchen table needed additional scrubbing.
It was a bit further walk to Broadway than stated and we did not always feel safe. The least pleasant was the Fire Department across the street. The sirens woke us the first 3 nights but by night 4, we were used to it.
Enjoyed our stay and location to everything I needed for a work conference. Disappointed that toilet paper was not provided and then disputed when reported.
Overall a lovely property perfect for four persons in a great location to Broadway (15 mins walk).
Good facilities with secure parking. The only issue we had was the water pressure on the showers was a little low.
