Be cautious if you're considering this unit — the host is a scammer.I stayed here during a particularly hot week and specifically chose this unit because the listing advertised air conditioning. While AC might not be legally required, it was unbearably hot at night — temperatures reached 26–27C (78–81F), and I couldn’t sleep.I contacted the host to explain the situation, and they told me it was okay to check out early if I couldn’t tolerate it, promising a refund for the remaining nights. They even updated the reservation period via the VRBO chat and sent a fake confirmation email, allegedly from VRBO, stating that a refund would be processed.However, even after two weeks since checkout, I received nothing. When I followed up with VRBO, they said the host declined the refund and that there was nothing they could do — despite me providing all evidence. It felt like VRBO was siding with the host.I strongly advise others to stay away from this unit and this host. If you care about honest listings, basic comfort, and customer support, look elsewhere.

Spring Semester Relocation

I came to get daughter from college (end Spring Semester). Misty’s place was immaculate. Blown away by the attention to detail of the apartment. It’s tricky a home away from home. It’s also 20 feet from Bourbon. 5 steps from GW Finn’s restaurant and 10 steps from Arnaud’s. Thank you Misty for everything

Excellent Stay All Around

You can’t go wrong with Misty’s place. Right off Bourbon Street in an excellent location. Easy check-in, even got a (very) early check-in free of charge since no one was checking out the same day. Place was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. Front bedroom had minimal noise at most but you are right in the Quarter in a great location so that was expected and not an issue at all. Back bedroom was very quiet. Excellent communication with Michelle and she went out of her way to provide info on stores to go, restaurants, things to do, etc. Bonus was the water cooler so we didn’t have to haul cases of water to the unit which was great. 2 countertop coffee makers and a Keurig built into the water cooler. Big variety of different coffees and snacks in kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Loved this place!!

French Quarter Gem

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, clean, very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Our property manager was super organized and helpful! Check in and parking was a breeze. The only problem I had was people smoking quite a bit in the building that was non-smoking. And there was a lot of very loud cars with booming music passing by at all hours. It’s to be expected in the French Quarter but our place even offered ear plugs! I would definitely recommend the place and stay there again!

Absolute perfect location and gorgeous place!!!

If you want to be right in the heart of the French Quarter, be half a block off Bourbon St, and be able to walk absolutely everywhere...this is the place. The condo is spectacular from the decor, the furnishings, the comfort, the security, rooftop pool deck...Misty's place is it! and Michelle was the best communicator and provided so much excellent information and was extremely responsive throughout the process . Would recommend this 50x over.

Overall stay was great! Beautiful, clean unit with everything you need! We went during cold weather so until we got unit up to temp it was cold but absolutely great after that! Perfect location, close to everything in the French Quarter!

Fantastic property

The apartment was amazing with many amenities! Very clean with two spacious bedrooms (on opposite sides of the apartment), two baths, and an air mattress if needed. Large TV’s in each room, and plenty of space to cook as well. The location was fantastic as we could walk to many places within the Quarter. There is street noise but it wasn’t too bad and the host offers ear plugs!! Great communication, before, during, and after to ensure an enjoyable stay. My friends and I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this for anyone traveling to NOLA!

French Quarter Apartment

Beautiful apartment in perfect location for stay in the French Quarter, within blocks of attractions and restaurants. Private access lobby and indoor garage parking nearby added to the comfort and safety of our stay. Excellent management immediately responsive to all requests.Will definitely return for future trips to New Orleans!

Wow!

We can't say enough good things about this apartment, the location, the hosts, etc. It was wonderful! The location couldn't have been better. We were in town for the Sugar Bowl and were so close to restaurants/bars, Canal and Bourbon Streets are super close, it was a short walk to the Super Dome. 10/10 - would stay here again! Unfortunately, while we were there, the tragedy on Bourbon Street happened, which is just heartbreaking. Lot's of thoughts and prayers for everyone affected. They didn't have to, but our hosts gave us an extra night at no charge because the game was delayed. We can't thank them enough for that gesture!

Misty’s place fabullus. Pictures/descriptions are accurate. Easy checkin and very detailed instructions. You have a very homey feel in her apartment. She provides much more than the basic essentials. The street noise is expected being a 1/2 block from Bourbon street but I’d book again in a second. Thanks for a wonderful weekend with the family.

Beautiful abode in the Quarter

The apartment is super clean and beautiful, it gave us a very nice, comfortable place to unwind after exploring the city during the day. Great communication from the host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to everything in the quarter, we loved it!

The apartment was excellent when we arrived. Not only was it clean and nicely decorated, they had everything you could need. Home away from home. They had coffee, snacks, and all of the things you would use at home. The communication between Misty and Michelle was excellent and they helped me with any questions I may have had. The apartment is close to Bourbon street so they had sound machines and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. The apartment building does have a rooftop deck and pool. Nice place to relax. The building was clean and secure.
