Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, auch von Expedia, direkt neben der Subway, einfach perfekt

Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer, allerdings war mir nicht klar, womit der Begriff Premium gerechtfertigt war. Ein Bloch mit diversen Anschlüssen und Ladestation, aber verwohnte Möbel. Die Betten weich, aber bequem. Die Dusche funktionierte gut. Die Klimaanlage ist wirklich sehr laut und da man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann, benötigt man diese hin und wieder.

Nie wieder
Das Gute die Subway war direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle gebucht. Nichts davon war bei Ankunft auf unseren Zimmer.Kühlschrak kam dann irgendwann, Mikrowelle gibt es keine.Nachts auf Grund von Kakalaken Besuch ein Ersatzzimmer bezogen.Dort war die Toilette verstopft(mußten jedes mal zur Loby runter) Nächsten Nachmittag die neue Suite bezogen. Wieder kein Kühlschrank. Beim erneuten bemängeln wurden wir von der Hotelmanagerin angepammt"wenn ich sie schon seh" Kühlschrank kam dann Abends(funktionierte aber nicht) Wieder bemängel.Wurde aber nicht mehr behoben. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel sehr runtergekommen und unsauber. Ich würde es nie wieder buchen
