Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick, das sehr groß war. Das Bett war toll und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Türen von der Dusche und von der Toilette schließen leider nicht mehr richtig. Der Wellness-Bereich war nur bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet und sah leider auch nicht sauber aus, so dass wir auf die Nutzung verzichtet haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist dies unserer Meinung nach nicht wirklich, eher 4. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist doch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Tolles Hotel zu sehr günstigen Konditionen im Winter. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück . Nettes, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal

Sorry, aber das ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Hier wird in 2 Klassen unterschieden! Wir hatten ein günstiges Angebot und das hat man uns in diesem Hotel auch spüren lassen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer in der letzten Ecke mit ständiger Musikbeschallung von der Aussenbar . Beim Check in sagte man uns , wir hätten nur Room gebucht ( ich war aber der Meinung mit Frühstück) also nochmals 40€ pro Tag dazu nur fürs Frühstück! Das Zimmer war dermaßen hellhörig, so das wir 2 Nächte keinen Schlaf gefunden haben. Über uns wurde Party gefeiert , so das wir 3 mal an der Rezeption anrufen mussten! Zur Entschuldigung des Hauses wurden den Gästen über uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten :-( am nächsten Tag wurde unter unserem Zimmer nachts um 23:30 Uhr Möbel verrückt .... unglaublich !!!! Beim Check out keine Entschuldigung, kein gute Reise, kein auf Wiedersehen..... aber das brauchten wir im Nachhinein auch nicht , weil es kein Wiedersehen gibt ! Wenn das Haus mit günstigen Angeboten wirbt um das Hotel auch Anfang Dezember voll zubekommen, ist das sicherlich der falsche Weg! Ich vereise 2-3 mal im Jahr und immer in min 5 Sterne Häusern , aber das war kein 5 Sterne Niveau!!!!!

Sehr schöne große Zimmer! Leider unangenehmer Abwassergeruch im Bad Zimmer 102. Problem mit Buchung Frühstück: Im Angebot während der Auswahl inklusive Frühstück, Buchungsbestätigung dann ohne Frühstück. Zum Glück vor der Anreise von Expedia bestätigen lassen, Hotel wusste aber nichts vom Frühstück inklusive! Personal war aber sehr hilfsbereit und hat nach 2 tägiger Diskussion keine Zusatzvergütung verlangt!
