Nice place few blocks from beach

We stayed here for three days during the week. It’s a nice place but older. Cutely decorated. The outside decks are freshly stained. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a few blocks from the beach. You have a view of the ocean on one of the decks. There is a hodge podge of cups, silver ware, and pots and pans. We found everything we needed to cook. No dishwasher. Wash machine and dryer onsite. Newer refrigerator. Over all we would stay again.

Cute house, amazing location!!!

House is super cute! From the back balcony, you can see the beach, our stay was so amazing. There is a book in this house about hurricane Ike and when it hit crystal beach, it was nice to be able to read a little history about the island.

Cozy

Perfect for just 2 or 2 adults with children. Even though the walk is not far, we enjoyed renting a golf cart to get "stuff" to the beach and just riding around.

Relaxation Station !

This is the SPOT, quiet neighborhood, literally 2 mins to the beach you drive up on, $10 for the YEAR to park your car there. The house is perfectly spaced for privacy and group entertainment! We will definitely be back!

 infested in living room & appeared in kitchen.

Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. They could use more towels & better quality. The out door frig needs to be replaced rusted, plus didn’t work for 3 days, magically started working the 4th day. Much too our surprise No toilet down stairs, BUT PICTURE STILL APPEARS ON THE SITE. TOTALLY MISLEADING. Would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Fyi I have stayed in Crystal Beach several times, love the area. Totally disappointed with this property. Debbie F. from Central Texas

Perfection

I will be back to stay at this property again. Our stay here was excellent. My son and I stayed here for a long weekend to do some bird watching. It was a great location to MANY popular birding areas. The property looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean, easy to find, easy to check into. The decor in the house was really cute, the colors bright and welcoming. I loved sipping my coffee on the porch in the mornings. The property is close to the beach, close to a grocery store (which is good, because there aren’t too many choices of restaurants on the peninsula). I cannot wait to come back.

Lovely Beach

Our family enjoyed this house close to the beach. The accommodations were lovely and had plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with. The only unexpected things were having to purchase a $10 pass to park on the Bolivar Beach (we didn’t know about that beforehand) and the kind-size bed is two twins together with a mattress topper so it was a little more uncomfortable sleeping. Otherwise, I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, beach house.

Quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay

Very comfortable place to stay for a family of four. Beds were top notch, kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. WiFi was great and the deck was on the best side of the house with the breeze cooling us down after a day on the beach. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing some of the splintered deck boards. Overall, we would stay again

Nice vacation

We stayed for a long weekend. The house was very nice and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and in a nice quiet area. I rate everything 5 stars except for some slight confusion in communications with Evolve/VRBO. I'm not sure they communicate with each other much.
