« The house check-in process was very smooth and straightforward. The inside was freshly cleaned and painted with great Cape colors. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party. The home has kept the old charm from being a nearly 200 yr old home but cleaned up with modern touches. »

« The unusual heat during our stay was a bit of a curve ball, but it only made us appreciate this very comfortable sanctuary more after staying in another place over the days before that had us sweltering much of the time. Bonnie's sweet and well-maintained home was very comfortable and appreciated by everyone. It's also well located for exploring not only around Chatham but all around the Cape. Bonnie also gets high marks for being very helpful and always accessible.Highly recommend! »

« I greatly enjoyed my stay! I almost didn't want to leave. The nice, comfortable rooms, beautiful scenic lake behind the house made the experience very enjoyable. The house is very spacious and so many things included. All I had to bring was food and beverages. Hope to make another trip soon. »

« The cottage was exactly as pictured! It was clean and comfortable. Linens and furniture were high quality. The location was fantastic, in walking distance to coffee, bakery, pizza, seafood and live music. Under 10 minute drive to grocery stores (highly recommend Ring Brothers Market). Nice street walks with our dog. We walked to the closest beach with chairs, towels and beach cart provided by the host and it was so wonderful! Soft sand, surprisingly warm water, and a seal visited close to shore....

« We stayed for the very busy cape week of July 4. Walter, the host, was very accommodating and flexible with our requested dates to stay. His communication was exceptional and even got into the home a few hours early. The location was perfect for us; close to Dennis beaches and our friends and family in Brewster. Would highly recommend and will definitely be interested in renting in the future. A location, house and host. »
