This property was outstanding for our group of six friends both in location and comfort, space and amenities. Two hours to PHX airport and 2 hours to Grand Canyon gave us an ideal center point and close proximity to local Sedona landmarks like Bell Rock, Castle Rock, and other fantastic trails is ideal for hikers and adventurers. House is very new and updated inside and out, and features great common spaces, hangout areas, and fun features like large swim spa and karaoke set-up in converted garage suite. Highly recommend for couples, friend groups, or large families!

This property is simply outstanding! The house is just beautiful, with tasteful decor, comfy beds, plenty of space and a great floor plan. We were disappointed not to be able to use the hot tub due to time constraints but it looks glorious, especially with the view of the red rocks! The home is in a great location, peaceful, quiet, with fabulous views but an easy drive to town. Communication with the host, who was friendly and accommodating, was quick and easy. If - WHEN - we return to Sedona, we will definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome! We loved our stay. The views and hot tub were amazing and the house was big enough to accommodate the 7 adults and one 17 year old we had. Great property. Only thing was there are a few items I would recommend adding to the kitchen supplies to make it fully functional for cooking. Otherwise it was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus. Everything was as described and Barbie was very responsive to any issues or questions that we had during our stay. Would highly recommend this house for anyone traveling to Sedona!

This house worked out great for a family reunion over thanksgiving. Lots of room and everyone was comfortable in our party of 9. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and easy access to oak creek shops, restaurants, hikes and store. Highly recommend the Bell Rock and Cathedral rock hikes. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the house was superbly clean.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Hot tub under the stars was fabulous. Host was very prompt in responding to queries. Loved our stay. One suggestion is to increase the checkout time to 11 am instead of 10.

The property was perfect for our annual BDB adventure. Amazing amenities (loved the karaoke machine) and the location was quiet and relaxing. After spending the day hiking, it was nice to enjoy a soak in the swim spa. We loved cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoying a morning cup of coffee outside around the propane fire. The rooms were very cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifilly clean house with amazing views, great hot tub, and helpful and responsive hosts. The bedrooms were all made up with care and the location wasn’t too far from downtown Sedona. Instructions were clear and everything was nicely labeled, and the host provided helpful videos on check-in day to guide us on how to use the hot tub and karaoke setup (great fun for the kids!) Kitchen appliances were in good working order. Outdoor patio furniture was a bit dusty, but it was windy on the day we arrived so I can imagine the difficulty of keeping all of it clean. There was also some outdoor trench work along the south of the property (where the outdoor bar is) that would have been nice to know about in advance, but the host noted it upon arrival and was apologetic. We didn’t spend much time on that side of the property. One of the showers also has a slow/partially clogged drain, the host addressed it right away but it became slow to drain again after a day. General tips that aren’t unique to this property: the Sedona area is at 4,000+ feet elevation, and the Grand Canyon is about 7,000, which is likely to require a little adjusting to if you’re coming from near sea level. Also, the main road into downtown Sedona slows down during peak times, like weekend late mornings and afternoons. We had a great stay starting from when we drove into this home’s neighborhood with postcard-perfect views, and when we left wishing we could stay longer. Thanks!

We travelled with our kids to Sedona for five days. The house is in a great location close to hikes and restaurants. It is very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The owner/manager was very responsive and fixed some minor issues we observed.

If you are fortunate enough to book this property, get excited. The wildlife and views are top notch, as are the amenities. This home is well appointed, functional and comfortable. It's far enough away from downtown Sedona to not feel congest yet close enough to get there in minutes. Many thanks to the host, Barbie, for a great trip!

The house was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. Right away my family picked their beds and settled in with karaoke and the hot tub. The views from the backyard were great, watching the sunrise from the hot tub was a perk. We look forward to future stays at this house.
