La comunicación con el propietario(a) es rápida, Preciado y cordial. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y con instalaciones nuevas, modernas y casi perfectas. Fue sorpresivo encontrar algunas cucarachas el 1r día y se hecha de menos insumos básicos como recogedor y escoba, por alguna necesidad y se agradecería más consumibles de baño (jabón, shampoo, papel). Tomando eso en cuenta y advirtiendo los detalles gratos del apartamento, estoy seguro que el incidente es aislado y se arreglará. En mi próxima ida a Sevilla sí buscaré nuevamente este apartamento.

Alojamiento excepcional. La mejor relación calidad precio. Sitio súper céntrico y con muy buenas vistas. Totalmente recomendable.
