Dank der tollen Lage würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und nett. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde täglich gemacht. Leider nicht sehr gründlich und Handtücher mussten mehrmals nachgefragt werden. Frühstück sehr langweilig und immer das Gleiche. Alles in allem ein Hotel das den Zweck der Übernachtung dient, mehr aber auch nicht.

Very good location. I stayed there for six nights. One day, there was no room cleaning, but the person managed to change the towels and take out the trash. And the only complaint to make was about having cockroaches. Mainly in the kitchen area, there were even cockroaches inside the microwave. I wasn't afraid, so it was fine, but it must be agreed that it was the only bad thing.

Very noisy with guest room doors slamming all night and early morning - many airline crews stay in this hotel and clearly they don't care about waking up other guests when they are checking in or checking out. Possibly hotel staff also slamming doors as were next to a staircase and utility room. Secondly the room sizes are all different and the one we were allocated was smaller than usual - so we were tripping over each other. Erratic hot water in the shower. The checkin was totally stressed with our booking "lost" and it took best part of an hour to complete. Overall not good value for money.

It was good hotel. Clean and today and perfect for our stay. Just one issue - the wifi internet was not good. We couldn't connect on any device and tried to call reception on several occasions and got no response.

It’s in a reasonable walking distance from the Museum Station, closeish to Central Station. The room was very good, very little outside noise being on the 12th floor, with a few bars in the area this was quite surprising.
Breakfast buffet is ok, coffee machine was a hit with the kids getting their hot chocolate. Room service didnt’t have much choice as it was basically the menu from the Japanese restaurant downstairs. We would stay here again

We stay during new year, the location is closed to China town, world square etc… Room is in fair condition for its age and good for noise proof. We don’t really hear any noise from next door or outside.
From airport train station and get off at museum station, then walk for around 10 mins. If you travel with at least 2 people, taking Uber is cheaper than train.

The TV was broken and I rang reception to ask for it to be fixed. The reception said nobody could look at it until the morning. I replied we were only there overnight and would be checking out in the morning so this was not a good solution. The person on reception replied they would see what they could do and send someone up. Nobody came. It was quite a disappointing experience.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms were a good size and the kitchenette was a bonus. Some facilities were not available as it was over 2 public holidays. Good location only 10 minute walk to most public transport.
