Welcome to your fabulous suite just steps from the Greenbelt Riverwalk! This place has it all including: A King memory foam bed, 12" Waterfall Shower, comfy futon, 55" Smart TV w/ Fiber internet, Washer & Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dishwasher & Fireplace. Enjoy all downtown has to offer on foot just outside your door. The Temple is one block away and the Family Genealogy Center just across the street. Enjoy this quiet, modern suite w/ 12" thick walls that has just been completely remodeled.
The space
A super cozy mother in law suite! Look for the side door labeled with a letter “B”. The left side of the driveway is for your use but please don’t block the garage.
Guest access
The private and separate suite is located just to the left of double garage door on the side of the house. Parking on the street directly in front of the entrance door is available as well as diagonally on the driveway in front of the entrance. Please do not block the driveway behind the garage door. This is the entrance to the home for a long-term renter.
Other things to note
This is a large home with your suite connected by foot thick concrete walls. The suite is very private, warm and quiet.
