Bienvenue à Charlie's Place dans la magnifique vue de Sanders Island, sur le lac Texoma! Sanders Island View est l'une des plus belles communautés du lac et nous savons à quel point l'emplacement est important pour les réunions d'amis et de familles. Notre bel emplacement est à 1 pùté de maisons d'une plage de sable, d'une rampe de mise à l'eau et d'un quai de chargement. Ce mobile home vintage coloré et entiÚrement rénové a une superficie de 1 000 pieds carrés, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Il peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement dans des lits mais offre également des options de couchage supplémentaires avec son canapé et son matelas pneumatique queen. Profitez d'endroits confortables pour vous reposer aprÚs une longue journée sur l'eau ou tout simplement profiter de la paix et de la tranquillité du lac et des environs. La maison est idéale pour un petit groupe d'amis ou des réunions de famille qui cherchent à créer des souvenirs durables au bord du lac. Very clean and accessible. Close proximity to the lake and boat ramp. Room for kids to play and a great front porch to gather and socialize. We really appreciated the room to park our boats and vehicles. Connie would always answer a phone call if we needed anything! We will be back. MP

Enough space for family; short drive to the beach.

Overall we liked our stay here. A word of warning: cell reception is poor and there is no wifi. In the heat, it is not walkable to the lake. I wish the sinks and bathrooms were better stocked with toiletries and hand soap.

30th Wedding Anniversary Weekend

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental! The place was decorated so cute and it was very clean and comfy. I have never stayed at a VRBO that supplied as much as Connie and Steve did. We had a little chocolates and water bottles beside our bed when we got there. Also lots of beach towels to take out the lake. In the mornings we could drink coffee and watch hummingbirds and other birds all over the place. So peaceful and relaxing! I highly recommend this place and plan on returning!

Great getaway

We had a great time with our family on the 4th here. Best little community, great if u have a boat or just want to get away to a great quiet golf cart community. We beached our boat over night right down the street along with others and had a great experience with all around us. Connie made out stay great and we had all that u could need right there. She was very responsive if we had a question. We will definitely be back for another stay at Charlie's place!!!

Family Fishing at the Lake

This house was perfect for my family of 5 adults. We have a Blue Wave fishing boat and have had trouble in the past with parking. Charlie’s Place had enough room for it. It was also great because it really is close to a boat ramp that is very easy to back into. The renovations inside give it a modern feel. The AC worked and the water was hot. It was very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely consider it again.

A little family vacation spot.

Looking to take the grandchildren to a little vacation before school that was close and found this place up at Lake Texoma. Everything we needed was there, quiet, and just what we needed. Fishing, swimming, games, cards on the porch. 7 year old granddaughter said “best vacation ever”. Thanks again.

Great Location On The Lake

We spent with another couple and Charlie's place had everything we needed. Great location for beach access, launching your boat, and it was very convenient that we were able to beach our boat each evening vs. pulling it out daily. Connie was very responsive with all my questions leading up to our stay and great to work with.
