We were 7 friends and found this place to be perfect! Plenty of room to hang out and very comfortable beds. It was nice having 2 toilets separate from the 4 showers as there was never a line. My only complaint is the delay in receiving our deposit back. I don’t understand why it takes so long. It almost seems they want the review published before they return the money. The deposit has to be sent separately from your VRBO payments leaving me feeling a little worried. I would like to update this review once we receive our deposit back. We left the place pristine. Otherwise this place couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s the perfect location to walk to most sites with easy access to multiple transportation lines and fabulous restaurants nearby.

Several friends and my family (kids ages 8-12) stayed at this beautiful, spacious apartment near Jardin du Luxembourg for a couple of nights in June. It was perfect for our group! We loved all of the en suite showers, the well stocked kitchen, and the area could not be beat. Communication with our host was always prompt.

If you are looking for a good place to stay, don't hesitate to rent this one. Our family of 4 (4 adults) stayed here, and we had plenty of room. Every bedroom has it's own sink and shower. There are 2 restrooms in the hallway (so not in the rooms, no big deal to us). There is an elevator up to the 4th floor (important, because not every building offers this convenience in these older cities). The view was directly at the Odeon Theatre, and the Luxembourg gardens (they are beautiful!). Even though you are in the middle of the city, it was very quiet. We had the a window open at night, and slept fine, and we are used to the quiet country. The kitchen is well equipped, although I will admit that we didn't use it because we only ate out. Speaking of eating out: there are so many good restaurants within a stone's throw of the apartment. For example, Bistro des Poemes is right downstairs. You only have to walk to 2 steps and you're there. We were truly spoiled and didn't have enough time to try them all out. The metro/bus/train stations are conveniently close by, and we used them a lot. The communication with property manager Fabio was very easy, and he made sure someone was at the unit to give us the key when we arrived. All in all, this is a great place and you won't be disappointed.

There is a sewage smell that is almost always present in the back half of the apartment, unfortunately bad enough that I cannot recommend the unit. It had been mentioned casually in other reviews, but we couldn’t get past being bothered by it. The space itself worked out really well and the location is perfect. Think of it as an apartment hotel rather than someone’s home. The kitchen and living areas are very comfortable, as are the beds and pillows. But you need to provide even the salt and pepper. I requested more towels, thinking one bath and 1 hand towel per person for a week was skimpy. They delivered them that day. I had also requested a dustpan to go with the broom provided, but they said they don’t have them. Only the odor would keep me away. It’s too bad.

Our large group was very comfortable in this light filled apartment. The only downside was that the two toilets for the four bedrooms are accessed from the hall instead of the bedrooms. Some found that inconvenient. But the rest of the place was perfect. The big room with a comfortable couch and the big dining room table were perfect for our big group. The apartment is nicely decorated and felt fresh and clean. The location is absolutely perfect. Luxembourg Gardens are across the street and the St. Germain area as well as Blvd St Michel and the Latin Quarter area were a few blocks away. The apartment was perfectly quiet in spite of the traffic close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice for everyone to have their own room and shower. Two toilets in the hallway. Very clean and great location. There is toilet paper in the bathroom but no tissue in your vanity and no paper towels so bring your own.

The apartment is in a wonderful location near Jardin Luxembourg and very close to Odeon. It’s walkable to many sites and feels like a calm neighborhood. The apartment is modern, very clean and spacious. We had a great stay!

Apartment location could not have been better! Close to attractions, shops, parks, subway. Check in was easy and very accomodating, swift, responsive communication. We felt so welcome. Was exactly as described in listing. Beds were very comfortable, which is an added bonus after walking all day. Great for large group or family. Four bathrooms are sinks and showers in each bedroom with 2 toilet bathrooms in main hallway. On 3rd floor, so does require climbing stairs, there is a lift that can be used however. Felt safe. Enjoyable music at night from the National Theatre across the street. Although we had an issue with the stove, the microwave has many cooking options. We would stay again!

Property was safe as it had an electronic locked courtyard and a electronic lock to get into building. Property had a great location. It was close to bus and train stations. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet but was also close to many restaurants. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This apartment is in a great location to access most anything in Paris. Uber picked is up on the corner to take us places. Walking distance to great restaurants and the River and many sights. The park across the street is amazing! The apartment had everything we needed and nice and clean. Host was there to meet us and available if we needed him. Highly recommend for couples or families!

We had a great experience and comfortable stay in the apartment, which is located in a beautiful part of Paris. The apartment is located near the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens and several cute cafes and shops. We enjoyed walking around the area and exploring. The apartment was perfect for my extended family of 5 (grandparents, daughter, husband and me).

Absolutely loved this place! The apartment is large, spacious and beautiful! Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own sink and shower and there are 2 toilets in the common area, one to be shared by the back two bedrooms and one to be shared by the front two bedrooms. The building is very secure and has an elevator. Great location for cafes, Metro stops and buses, yet very quaint and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 6 adults and 1 baby stay in the apartment. It was in a beautiful location, literally across the street from a very beautiful garden/park. Bus stops, metro stations, and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. As for the place it’s self, the beds we’re comfortable. It was nice that each room had its own shower and sink. I also liked that there were outlets and lamps on each side of the beds which was a nice touch and helpful to charge devices you may have. There was a plenty of dining space as well as a comfortable couch. It was a nice place to come home from a long to visit and relax. I do want to note a few things that other reviewers commented on, there are no toilets in the bedrooms rather in the hall, this did not bother me at all but may be something you’d like to know. Second was a smell of sewer was commented on, I did notice it every once in a while but it was never anything too strong or bothersome and it definitely wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. In fact I’d book the place again if we are to come back. It really was a lovely stay and a nice home base after long day’s exploring.

Clean well located property. Please understand this is advertised as 4 bedroom / 4 bath. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 showers/sinks and only 2 toilets in the hallway of the apartment. As a group of 6 adults we were disappointed it was not represented properly in the listing.

We stayed a full 7 days and 7 nights. Family and in-laws so 4 adults and 2 kids under 13 yo. Spacious, clean and well appointed property. Location is superb and Fabio our property manager was polite and responsive. Even printed our Disneyland paris tickets and dropped them off early evening. Some confusion as checkout but handled. Responsive property management team via email. Overall a very enjoyable stay and value for money. Would stay again.

This beautifully designed and equipped condo was perfect for me and my family. Large kitchen and living space and four amazing bedrooms complete with showers and sinks in each room! Location was terrific! We had a great time thanks to this wonderful home!
