The location is outstanding with something for everyone to enjoy
and some! The cabin was plenty roomy enough for my family of 8. King sized beds were perfect, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Loved the hot tub, the porch swing and rockers. Justin was very helpful and check in was a breeze. Definitely will be returning to this family friendly, scenic area!

This was the first time that we were able to go on vacation with 3 generations all at once and this was the perfect setting. The accommodations were great where everyone had room to enjoy from playing pool, relaxing in the sauna, to game night in the big family room. We are already planning for next year and a great thanks to Justin and his team.

The location was excellent. We were close to all the attractions we were interested in. The cabin was lovely and spacious. We just had a small issue with the refrigerator taking a bit to cool and the pull out couch bed. Besides those things it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The amenities were great, the family enjoyed the game room and hot tub, and we were incredibly close to Dollywood.

The cabin was GORGEOUS!! It was clean, serene, fun and spacious. Plenty of tvs and seating areas. Hot tub was perfect. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Only issues we had was I did not recall anyone telling me it was part of a resort and we needed a gate code so when we got there we didn't know what to do. But the response time via calls and texts was immediate. Also, the wifi didn't work initially but they sent someone the next day and got it set up correctly. Also would have liked to have cookie sheets or a pizza pan and salt and pepper. Overall it was perfecr though I would definitely stay again!

The property exceeded my expectations. It is spacious and well stocked with items needed to cook. I’d recommend adding plastic ware for kids as I had a 6 year old and would rather her have a plastic cup, plate, bowl. Justin was super at communicating and quick to answer messages. Overall, this property won my heart and became a core family memory. Thank you!

Great location, the train horn from Dollywood can get a little annoying if you spend a lot of time out on the decks. Kitchen was stocked!!! Anything you would need, is there!! Game room is a little crowded with foosball and the pool table, especially if you have 6 adults down there together. We would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing property they have here! They supplied everything we needed and so much more! One of the things that stood out to me about this property was the response I was getting from the owner Justin! Easily one of the most responsive owners I’ve ever talked to! The stay here had some good points and a couple of bad ones. This was a family vacation with 8 adults. The good:The layout of the house. Hot water was never a problem for 8Beds were alrightPlenty of space insideKitchen table, pool table, arcade game, couches, all pretty great shapeHeat was goodThe badThe refrigerator did us wrong. There is a note on the front of the fridge warning you to not fully load it all at once and not to make it colder than the recommended setting. In retrospect this sounds like they have had complaints in the past. Well we took the advice and did not overload it or mess with the temp.the first day it was fine. By the 2nd day you could tell the temp wasnt holding. By the 3rd day we determined the meat wasnt safe anymore. We threw away about 75 worth of meat.In addition the ice maker wasnt working. So we bought a bag of ice on day 1 and it slowly melted in the freezer. The Keurig was broken. the bottom needle was missing.I messaged the host on the first day about the issue with the ice maker not working and the Keurig. He responded quickly. He said he didnt have any reports of the Keurig issue and the ice maker is working. I responded that the Keurig lower needle is missing and its not working. I confirmed that the ice maker is indeed not working.He never responded back about this issue the rest of the trip.Dirty baking sheets and pansBack porches were pretty dirtyDirty Kitchen floors when we arrived. We cleaned them.

Perfect spot to meet our adult children and their kids to take them to Dollywood. Every mom and baby had their own rooms and there were plenty of bathrooms. We did have a noise problem with the babies waking up to sounds on the top floor so it was good they brought sound machines. We only had two issues worth noting: the electric on either side of the kitchen window did not work and we had to move the toaster to find working outlets. We never could get the Kuerig to work nor the light above the sink. I agree with some other reviews that the lighting needs to be better. More and different.all but one ceiling fan light has the cold white light and some of the other overhead lights are the harsh white. . It would be great if those could be adjusted to the warm setting. Definitely need more lighting in the basement and basement rooms. Bring your own spices and ziplocks but there’s a great selection of cookware and dishes. Justin was very responsive before and after our stay. The home is beautiful and we love the ample seating area upstairs and had fun playing pool! We used the playpen And high chair provided and played a few games. Would definitely return!
