The cabin was beautifully decorated and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my entire family. The rental staff was very attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and doing their best to assist us.However, my main issue was the lack of a reliable internet connection. While Wi-Fi was technically available, it did not work during our stay. This left our family without access to our phones, which was especially stressful given that we were out of state and in a remote, mountainous area. Not being able to contact loved ones or reach out in case of an emergency was a significant concern.If the internet connectivity is improved, this cabin would truly be an ideal place to stay. With thatone improvement, I would highly recommend it.I’m very disappointed with the Vacasa cabin we rented last weekend. Not having any WiFi or internet service was a big nuisance for me. We couldn’t make any calls on our phones nor could we watch television. Having two young children and them not being able to use their gaming devices was not something we had not planned for. We tried reaching out to our contact personnel but they couldn’t seem to correct the issues with the WiFi or the internet. They also had to come tighten all the interior doors door knobs and unclog one of the dual sinks in the bathroom . I feel like we should be compensated for the amenities we paid for but didn’t get to use. I liked the cabin but having the issues that we had made the trip a big disappointment.
