Beau, tout neuf, entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain condo avec un mobilier unique, Ă©clectique et nouveau. Plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, avec grande grande salle. Plans de travail en granit. Cette unitĂ© est situĂ©e au 3Ăšme niveau de Las Palmas, facilement accessible par des escaliers ou un ascenseur. SituĂ© Ă  Las Palmas, prĂšs de Green Valley. À quelques pas se trouvent deux piscines / jacuzzis incroyables. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du condo se trouve le tristement cĂ©lĂšbre Green Valley Resort and Spa qui propose 4 autres piscines, des courts de tennis / raquette, un barbecue commun, une aire de jeux pour enfants et une salle d'exercice ainsi que le spa. Wifi gratuit.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec un tout nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin, une baignoire / douche, ses vanités et une télévision à écran plat de 43 '. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat de 43 '. La troisiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec un lit superposé complet sur pleine taille, ainsi qu'un lit gigogne double. Il dispose également d'une télévision de 43 '. La quatriÚme chambre a un lit superposé complet sur un lit gigogne double et est décorée sur le thÚme de Star Wars. Du plaisir pour les enfants de tous ùges. Tous les matelas et la literie neufs pour votre confort ultime.

Il y a 4 salles de bain.

La salle familiale dispose de 2 grands canapés. Il y a beaucoup de siÚges pour les soirées cinéma en famille. Le centre de divertissement dispose d'un écran plat de 60 'avec DVD. Adjacent à la salle familiale se trouve un grand coin repas et bar pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 16 personnes. Il y a une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Vous pouvez profiter d'un beau lever de soleil le matin ou discuter avec des amis tout en faisant un barbecue le soir sur votre propre balcon privé.

Pour ceux d'entre vous qui sont amateurs de plein air, il y a des sentiers de randonnée, de vélo et de course à pied. 11 terrains de golf à moins de 10 minutes de la copropriété! (plusieurs en cinq minutes!), Mesquite est juste autour du coin à seulement 35 minutes avec plus de terrains de golf et de grands casinos avec des buffets fantastiques, et pour vous les amoureux de la nature, les parcs nationaux de Zions Park et Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell et le Grand Canyon sont tous dans un voyage / amusement d'une demi-journée!

Amazing.

This was a perfect place for my sister and her two girls (13yo and 10yo) and my two boys (20yo and 18yo) and me. Would highly recommend and will look into staying again when we return in a couple years. Hot tub on the patio was a great perk!!

Nicely decorated place with easy access to I-15.

We really liked how cutely decorated the house was and it had plenty of bathrooms and beds for many to stay even though we only had 5 guests. The clubhouse outside pool was freezing and nobody swam in it but the nice thing was there were options for other pools that were a better temperature included. Many options. Great place to stay.

Not what I thought
.

The condo was nice- comfy beds, clean and had the amenities. Negative things: tvs wouldn’t work the first day- they had to have someone come enter codes the 2nd day we were there, not enough hot water for how many it sleeps, the hot tub was not hot- it was luke warm, the locks didn’t work the first 24 hrs, The pool slide was closed and the big pool was freezing! I can’t give it 5 stars for these reasons. The front door : the lock did not work from the time we got there and the landlords weren’t great about communication about this. They told us to just leave the condo unlocked so we didn’t get locked out again and we didn’t feel comfortable with this. They then asked us to fix the lock and we didn’t feel comfortable about this either. They did get the locked fixed the next day but it was quite the ordeal with the landlords that didn’t know what to do. We asked for a discount but they said no. They did let us check out late but for our trouble I was hoping for some Money back. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the troubles we did encounter and the poor communication from the landlords.

A great place to stay in St. George

We usually stay in hotels in St. George but we were traveling with friends and wanted a bigger space. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of beds and bathrooms. Our son loved the star wars room. The hot tub was super nice after a day of hiking. House was clean and host was responsive. Wish I could reserve this place every weekend in January.

We loved the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in this property. Property was clean and updated. Had a couple issues that we brought to managements attention that could have been handled better, but regardless we had a great time and it didn’t affect our stay. We would book here again.

The condo was just as described and perfect. Plenty of space, well maintained, and ready for us. The location is wonderful for so many hikes and activities. And we enjoyed the hot tub each night. I’d stay here again!

Loved it!

Our family loved staying here! Super clean, fun decor, stocked with everything we could need and plenty of space. The pools on property were great; we had 5 to choose from, and my kids enjoyed the other activities on site. Bikes in the garage were a fun unplanned bonus with our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Our Huntsman Stay

I loved the location of this property and the location of this particular unit. The unit was well equipped and instruction for our stay were very clear from the owner although some of the instructions conflicted with the instructions inside the unit. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns and dealt with problem immediately. Our Keurig broke but she got a replacement right away and previous users had logged out of the tv service, so she had to get direct tv in to log the TVs back in. Both issues were dealt with in a timely manner.

Family getaway

Our family group of 10 loved our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Water bottles in the fridge was a nice touch. The hot tub on the deck was great and views incredible. Communication with host was also great.

Fun in the sun

We had three families staying together and this was the perfect location! The condo had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of, lots of plates, cups, and silverware we didn’t have to do dishes until the end! Which is always nice! Lots of bath and beach towels. The kids loved all the pools. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others!

Great Place to Stay in St. George

Clean, well organized, hot tub was a nice feature. There were plenty of rooms that given the number it could accommodate, didn't feel crammed. Because the resort has so many amenities, it never felt overcrowded in the condo. The pools never felt overcrowded either. Our host was wonderful to work with and clear in their check-in and check-out instructions. We loved the pools and the pickleball courts. We rented this unit so we could get my family together, who hadn't been on vacation together in over 15 yrs. We all loved it and kept saying how much they wanted to come back and do this again. Pricing was reasonable. The only thing we would change about our stay is to stay another day or two.
