within our cooking classes is included: - A City's markets tour where you'll learn about traditional Peruvian cuisine and the most important ingredients. - Tasting of breads, cheeses and the most exotic fruits of Peru - Inside our beautiful workshop you'll prepare four dishes that you'll make yourself. with the guidance of our professional chef. - You can choose between two cocktail flavours and two different Main dishes. -After the classes you'll be sent a cookbook with the most famous dishes of Perú so you can keep practising delicious recipes. - We also include infusions and non-alcoholic drinks. -All of our recipes include vegetarian and vegan versions.
