« Au delà du côté pratique de l’appartement qui est bien l’accueil et le Check out ont été médiocres. Accueil bâclé en 3 minutées chrono par un monsieur qui nous a juste remis les clés en vitesse (il était 20:30) et à juste pris une photo de mon passeport pour le côté administratif et est parti comme une flèche sans aucune explication minimale du fonctionnement de l’établissement et appartement et làTV ne marchait pas par exemple. « Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up! »

« There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund.
