They don’t let you know were you are going to stay until 24 hours before your arrival, and you have to register online with an insurance deposit for your stay that was not included with your total after booking.“

„The place is in a beautiful resort. That being said i had to leave requesting a refund before i could even stay one night. Its marketed as a pet friendly hotel however beware. Upon walking in i was hit with a massive wall of wet dog/ dog pee. The entire townhouse smelled sooo bad of dog and pee that it was burning. If you have been in a place like this. You know the smell.
