« We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful...

« We had a wonderful stay here! Took a couple of days to check out the Big South Fork and surrounding areas. Conveniently located near Cumberland falls, and the eastern entrance of the BSF. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Room came with a larger size mini fridge and a microwave. I would highly recommend staying here! »

« Very nice and well kept. My daughter called it our tree house. She loved that big bathtub(jacuzzi) Only thing was her climbing the stairs, might want to bring your own baby gates. »

« As always the staff were very helpful and kind, the room was well put together as always, and staff was quick to assist in any way they could if needed »

« Everything was excellent. It was my Husband and I's one year wedding anniversary! Will definitely be back next year around this time. The view was excellent. »

« Nice place. We could have used a few more kitchen pans and deeper skillet. Someone was supposed to get back with us on what type grill was there and did not, but overall, it was very nice and quite clean. We enjoyed using the fire pit. »

« We had a wonderful week at Red River Gorge and a big part of that was the house we rented. Timmy was very nice and accommodating and the property was fantastic. Very clean, in a quite location, the kitchen was fully stocked with the basics we needed, and the washer and dryer was a wonderful bonus. After all our hiking it came in handy! We would 100% stay here again. Trust me when I say you will love the back porch and it borders a pasture with a sweet donkey named J.J., bring some carrots he...
