« We stayed 2 nights, the condo was comfortable and as described in the listing. The proximity to the beach was amazing and there were plenty of options for food, groceries and entertainment nearby. The check in process was smooth and the hosts were great communicators! Would book again for future visits! »

« Very good location, enjoyed sitting on upper level porch. We would recommend to others.We did have an issue with the upstairs cooling unit. However, Shane resolved it quickly the next morning after our arrival.Beach access was straight forward and convenient. Steps to the beach are not bad. A little challenging for the elder who is mobility impaired, but otherwise great. »

« Everything was amazing. We had a question while we were there and it was answered right away. The house was very clean. It was perfect for our group. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. Short walk to the beach. Loved having multiple refrigerators and the ice machine was an awesome bonus! »

« Only one problem with this house there was nothing in the kitchen as far as pepper, salt or oil. Anything that you’d normally see in the Vrbo. Paper products were also a little low on supply, and ended up having to buy extra. The location and the house itself were excellent. »

« The property was clean and had plenty of room. Extra large common area's the master bed room and bathroom are exceptional beds are clean and comfortable safe location with gated parking right on the beach thank you guys for a great vacation »

« Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and house is in very close proximity of the beach. »

« We recently stayed at the Seaspray and it was everything we expected and more! The house is absolutely perfect and we were able to accommodate 5 families without feeling on top of each other. The location is beyond perfect! We were walking distance to the beach, a quick golf cart ride to anything we needed or a short uber ride to the harbor area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We traveled with 10 adults and 16 kids (ranging from 11yo-16yo) and not once did anyone complain or say they...

« Overall, the place was great. There were a few minor issues that I addressed with the property managers at the end of the stay, but did not affect us while we were there. The pool was bigger than the pictures, and that was pretty much where we stayed the entire week. »

« We absolutely loved this condo! It was very roomy and comfortable. The view was just as you would expect and very peaceful early mornings or late nights to listen to the waves roll in. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking needs. Pull out couch was very comfortable and the kids didn’t mind that being their spot one bit. Storage closet was full of beach toys! Legitimate on the beach stay as we were on the boardwalk to the sand in less than 1 minute from leaving the room. Beach service was great...
