« En effet, cela ressemble plus un à camping avec bungalows qu'à un hôtel à proprement parler. Les dits bungalows doivent dater des années 60 et ne vendent pas du rêve. C'est sale et moche ! Dommage d'être en Afrique du Sud pour réserver dans ce type d'établissement. Préférer des guest housse... :-) »

« The property itself is so elegant and stylish with unimpeded views across to the mountains. The deck, pool and gardens are peaceful and full of beautiful sculptures. Our room, Room 4 was spacious, light and airy with a secluded private deck. A gorgeous place to stay within an easy walk to town with all its historic homes. But best of all were the delightful hosts, such warmth and so friendly and genuinely wanting to help in anyway and ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Great breakfast. »

« Great weekend in the old farmhouse (built in 1760). Quiet and relaxing with everything you need - just bring food, the rest is there. House was spotless and stocked with everything you need from crockery and cutlery to pots and pans, firewood, braai grid, fire lighters and even matches. TV with full DSTV channels was a bonus to watch the rugby. It has 2 separate bedrooms each with a bathroom and can sleep 9 people. Highly recommended. »

« Excellent stay. Warm and welcoming and beautiful large room with comfortable bed. Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. The owner was very helpful with ideas for local visits and was very warm and welcoming. Thank you. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Especially our Toy Poodle and Yorkie. They could roam around freely, because the premises is safe and dog-proof. We enjoyed the goodies supplied and the owners are very friendly. The cottage is nice and big and we especially enjoyed the Netflix. Only negatives, here and there things that were not completely clean, like drawers and over gloves, etc but nothing that a thorough clean can't fix. Overall the place was clean enough. We will definitely go again. »

« We booked and paid through hotels.com - although the hotel has reviews the owner claims he does not use hotels.com. He asked us to pay for the night after we had already paid and have a receipt of payment. The owner asked us to pay again, although we had already paid. »

« Belle maison historique bien aménagée avec chambres confortables. Accueil chaleureux de la part de John. Il a pris la peine de nous réserver un resto avant notre arrivée car la ville était l'hôte de la course cycliste annuelle réunissant des centaines de participants qui accaparaient complètement les places des restos. Très belle salle à dîner. Excellent déjeuner. Je recommande ce gîte. »
