« Very nice place. All new, clean and the room was SO spacious. The pool is amazing for the kids especially. The pool restaurant was perfect but Piko for dinner was more average. The emplacement of the resort is a bit far from the action (Kona town) so you really need a car. Having said that, our 4 nights was perfect and I would got back. »

« Our stay was great for the week! The bed was soft and we had everything we needed at the condo for cooking and shopping. Parking is really tight in your assigned spot, so think a very small rental car verses a full size. An AC unit in the bedroom, would have been nice but not required to be comfortable in the evenings. The windows open for a nice ocean breeze. It was nice to drink coffee on the patio and watch the waves crash on the rocks. »

« Great location a very short walk across the road to a fabulous beach. The room had just about everything you could want or need. Lovely pool area with both shade and sun options, comfortable loungers and a covered eating area with 3 quality gas barbecues. »

« Great property across from an amazing (but crowded) beach. Dream location if you want the beach, but not necessarily the town. Great pool onsite and plenty of places to wash off sand on the property. Only dislike was that the thermostat was locked and it was too cold for me. »

« Our family loved this property. Right on a great beach for boogie boarding or relaxing on the sand. Not so much if you are looking to relax in the water - but there are other beaches nearby that are great for that - and about 45 minutes north is a gorgeous huge beach (Hapuna). The condo is a bit dated but still has everything you need, was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The balcony has a great view of the beach. « The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly.
