10/10 Excellent
Good points: secluded location, up a valley near San Pellegrino Terme, extremely polite and helpful family, sauna and jacuzzi, provide flip flops and towels for sauna and outside pool, wifi, secured parking and extremely helpful with finding dinner arrangements with local restaurant.
