„Everything was perfect “

„The staff were friendly and welcoming. However the building and rooms have seen better days making it hard to keep super clean. It was good for one night and served its purpose especially being dog friendly in all areas. The food in the restaurant was very nice if for me too small a portion of ravioli. Breakfast was also great.“

„Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.“

„Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.“

„Die Begrüßung durch einen angetrunkenen Inhaber war durchaus freundlich, aber irgendwie bekamen wir das falsche Zimmer. Das Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite an einer stark befahrenen Straße, von der viel Lärm ankam. Das war vorher nicht ersichtlich. Nachts gab es bis 02:30 Uhr viel Lärm und Randale. Das Frühstück war anfangs chaotisch, besserte sich dann. Jedoch befanden sich die zwei Hunde des Besitzers zeitweise mit in der Küche. Wir entschlossen uns zu einer vorzeitigen Abreise.“

„Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too! “

„I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and the bedding felt stale and musty. I had to keep the window open all day and night just to make the room bearable, which was far from ideal on a cold and wet February weekend. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The walls were visibly dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, the mats appeared unwashed, and the floors were stained. On top of that, there was no proper hot water for showers — we ...
