« Nous faisons le tour des Cornouaille, et après avoir passé une journée à Exeter nous sommes venu dans ce superbe endroit. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La chambre est très confortable et très jolie »

« We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. »

« Had a lovely stay at Kethla house, location was good. Bed was very comfortable owners were very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Would definitely recommend. »

« The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route. »

« I had such a lovely stay here. It may be a modest B&B, but it was absolutely excellent, and as a solo female traveller I felt completely safe, comfortable and genuinely looked after. My single room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a lovely en-suite and a big window. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and even the little details were thought of — when I arrived, the owner brought me a bottle of cold water, which was such a lovely welcome. Breakfast was fresh and...

« Good situation as close to centre. »

« Très bien placé je recommande cet hôtel très confortable. »

« Excellent Guest House! Good location, very friendly hosts, nice rooms, and lovely breakfast. Highly recommendable. »

« Bien placé pour visiter Torquay à pied , le parking et la piscine »

« We received such a lovely warm welcome from Vanessa and Cameron on arrival at the Millbrook, which immediately made us feel at home. Hotel was absolutely spotless, and breakfast was piping hot and delicious, in fact it was the best breakfast we have had. Vanessa and Cameron worked so hard to make everyone’s stay perfect. They took the time to get to know each guest individually. We loved the well-stocked tea tray in our room and the mini fridge, which was restocked daily with fresh milk and...

« Séjour très agréable. Hôtel avec le charme désuet d'un ancien très grand hotel mais qui garde un très bon standing. Seul le sourire du personnel manquait. »

« Julie and Gary were absolutely lovely and super helpful. They helped heat up milk for our little one and were friendly the hole time. I would say I think personally found the mattresses slightly uncomfortable, may be a preference. The only true negative, so the reason it was not 5 stars for us was the shower was weak, so couldn't just stand underneath it, had to hold it over the body part to clean. Aside that, amazing place, lovely people! Thank you both. »

« Vue spectaculaire. »

« It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place. I think it’s really nice for a breakaway owners were really helpful nice breakfast all you could ask for🙂 a big smile »

« The hotel provides good value accomodation, and has superb sea views. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable. Free parking was available. »
