„Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. “

„What a lovely place to stay. Very nice garden and people. Very pretty part of town. Room was small but delightfully decorated and lovely view of garden. Had a bit of trouble working out the shower temp but eventually got it right! “

„This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. „Property is in a quite area of Cardiff with very good bus links into town with easy check in plus we asked for an earlier check in which was agreed and we were very grateful for that. The property had everything we needed also with WiFi. Thank you Paul & Lorraine“

„The house was very clean, well equipped and quiet. We were staying to visit our daughter at college and this proprty was perfect for that. Its centrally located, easy to park and made a great base for our stay. The bedrooms are lovely and there is lots of living space. Theres even a cute garden. Highly recommended.“

„sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man braucht und intakt, sauber, sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin, der Garten zweckmäßig, könnte allerdings öfter mal gegärtnert werden, ziemlich entfernt von den touristischen Attraktionen (0,5 h bis Llandeilo, 1,5h bis Strand bzw Cardiff, 2 h bis Pembroke, Abervagenny), das sollte man vorher berücksichtigen. „As described, convenient location to everywhere you can walk to in Cardiff. Property was clean, comfortable, air a bit smokey. Keeping the windows open helped alleviate the smell by the 2d day. Property was perfect for 2 adults -convertible sofa was comfortable and simple to operate. Property had a lot of thoughtful touches that were really appreciated.
