„There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up ...

We could not locate any pot holders, and we cook quite a bit so we knew we would need them. I contacted the owner and pot holders were delivered to us within an hour. That is excellent service! We brought our two dogs with us to meet my southern aunt and uncle to watch a big football game, and from the fenced in yard to the available coffee machine, this place had everything we could have wanted!
