« Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

« We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended. »

The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. « This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it. »

« The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return. »

« We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again. The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite. Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly! »
