Bienvenue à Rose Villa. Il s'agit d'un hébergement indépendant situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais il y a une vie nocturne animée à proximité de la route Spintex, du centre commercial Junction et du centre commercial Accra à proximité. Une bonne sécurité, y compris le CCTV couvrant les zones de grille et les clôtures électriques. Il dispose d'un grand salon attenant à une salle à manger, une grande cuisine, un garage et une place de parking pour 3 voitures supplémentaires. Il possède également un immense réservoir d'eau. La propriété a un gardien / sécurité qui aidera à allumer le générateur en cas de coupure d'électricité et autres tâches.

Le prix que vous voyez n'est pas par chambre mais pour toute la maison (5 chambres). C'est une villa standard de cinq chambres répartie sur deux étages avec air conditionné dans le salon et dans toutes les chambres. L'hébergement vous fournira une télévision, une climatisation et un patio.
Il ya une cuisine complète avec four à micro-ondes et four. Il ya aussi un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle.
Cette villa est équipée d'un compteur électrique prépayé qui sera chargé avec 50 crédits cedis à l'enregistrement. Le client est responsable d'acheter plus de crédit si nécessaire. Le gardien sur place vous aidera. Le client prend en charge le coût du carburant pour les groupes électrogènes en cas de coupure de courant après la fin du réservoir.
Il y a aussi la disponibilité de 40 Go de fibre optique sans fil gratuite après le paiement par le client. John, le responsable, organisera la recharge wifi.
Vous êtes tous les bienvenus et nous sommes impatients d'accueillir des groupes ou des familles.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Our stay was nothing short of excellent. Emmanuel and his wife Ruby are magnificent hosts—helpful when needed, but they also gave us complete space and privacy to enjoy our time.The house is spotless, with spacious rooms that made us feel comfortable and at home. Emmanuel kindly drove us around on a few occasions, and Ruby even helped us source some local products like shito and shea butter, which was incredibly thoughtful. Other than those kind interactions, they left us completely to our own devices, which we really appreciated.Although the home is a bit outside central Accra, this was barely a downside thanks to how easy it was to get around with Uber and Bolt. A special thanks to Peter as well—he was responsive, accommodating, and always ready to help.All in all, a 10/10 experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I have being going every year to the same house in Ghana as I find it comfortable and spacious. The neighbor hood is quite , safe and beautiful. Everything works in the house water even hot or cold in kitchen tap! Bathroom showers or jacuzzi 👏🏼👏🏼, air conditioning, electricity always and back up generator if need be . Highly recommend and definitely staying again next year.

We arrived from UK and were impressed by the neighbourhood, very quite and safe. The house is big and spacious and everything works such as good water pressure, constant electricity ( there is a generator on stand by if electricity goes out) Etc. Rubie the caretaker is very helpful and a good bonus to the stay. We are looking forward to coming back next year and we highly recommend it to any group small or big as there is a lot of space.👍

Staying at this property presents all the comforts of home and is so spacious, being from the states you want the local feel with the safety of your private residence. This property doesn’t disappoint. The property is located in Tema which was easy to navigate from the air port. The pictures here are good but it is only half the story of how spacious the amazing property is. The laundry equipment is modern, the kitchen is fully functional and absolutely no issues with bugs inside the house. The house host Ms. Ruby was very professional and provided onsite support. The wifi and electricity was on point. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time! The house and ruby and her husband are very nice. Everything was ok. And if we needed something ruby and her husband have been always there for us! We are very thankful and we can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 8 stayed for 3 weeks at the house over the holidays. And I will classify the house as basic. We had immediate issues with the maintenance of the house -- door knobs that were falling off or broken, hot water heater in the master bedroom that never worked properly, holes in the window screens throughout the house that let mosquitoes in all day and night, AC units that even when set to 17 didn't properly cool rooms, bathroom sink drain stoppers that didn't work, broken, missing and inadequate dishes/utensils, dirty coffee maker, and beds that were substandard. We finally were able to convince the local property manager to come out to address the initial set of issues - of course, this was after he told us we could boil water for a hot shower one night. Either way, things were never completely fixed and we took to spraying the house for mosquitoes 3x a day. It also, still remains unclear who is responsible for cleaning - there are no cleaning supplies provided for guests and the staff isn't instructed to handle the cleaning of bedrooms and baths, removing trash, etc. (although we managed to make some special arrangements because a 3 week stay with small children, of course, had us needing some regular cleaning). The bright side - the staff Ruby and Emmanuel were amazing! We hired Emmanuel for several day trips in/around Accra and Tema, trips to the grocery store, etc. They were incredibly helpful during our stay and tried to help mitigate the issues - none of which we attribute to them. If the house receives some much-needed TLC and a deep cleaning, the home would be a welcoming spot for those who need a big house and want to be off the beaten path. Just be prepared to pay for transportation everywhere; nothing is within walking distance.

Our overall stay at Peter's Vacation home was a very positive one. We were a group of 7 with two married couples and 3 solo people so the size of the house and number of bedrooms contributed to our wonderful experience. The house was clean and Ruby, the caretaker kept it clean and was very attentive to whatever we needed. Her husband Emanuel, a taxi driver was also very helpful with some of our trips around the city and shopping. One of the air conditioners in a room was not working for part of the time but I think it was resolved. Only one of the showers had hot water but with some of the weather temperatures, not sure if this was a serious issue. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet...could be a bit remote depending on what your scheduled activities are. Transportation was needed anytime we left the house. Our flight arrived early but Peter accommodated us by allowing us to check in early. Having to continue to pay (top off) for the power and wifi was a bit of an inconvenience but trying to figure out how much you will use without overpaying is a bit of an equation that each guess will probably have to solve individually. Our main reason for choosing this location was the number of bedrooms and may have made a different decision if we had needed less rooms but we were very satisfied, an excellent value for the money, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we were to return to Accra.
