Étape reposante près d'Adélaïde
Proche de l'aéroport et de la plage cet hôtel est une excellente étape vers le sud. Impeccablement tenu, l'hôtel est calme et très bien situé. L'accueil est particulièrement aimable et attentionné. Excellents conseils de la réceptionniste pour notre route vers Kangaroo Island. Un excellent souvenir du Sud de l'Australie.

Un bon motel
Plutot dans le style "motel" avec petite piscine au milieu du parking. Bien pour un court sejour / passage à Adelaide. Chambre propres et bien entretenues. Dame à l'accueil tres serviable et sympathique. Nous a bien aidé dans certaines démarches. A deux pas un "Red Roster", fast food qui vend des sandwichs au poulet et fish and chips, bien pratique quand on arrive en soirée et qu'on a pas trop envie de reprendre la voiture pour aller en ville.

Easy check in process and parking. Clean facilities albeit couple towels and milk missed replenishing on our last day of stay. Happy to stay again.

We found the room to be great location not much road noise and staff friendly. needed more cups as we were 3 and only 2 cups available. Im sure if we were staying longer we would have asked for extra

Good - comfy bed, quiet, lovely receptionist. Not so good - having a shower curtain and it was dirty and rusting, TV only has free to air but Foxtel channels were there but not accessible (staff couldn't help and there were no instructions), one bedlight not working and the other was hanging down by its wiring but at least it worked, half empty tissue boxes next to beds - eww. For the price, these weren't great but it was conveniently located and staff were very nice.

Very friendly staff at reception and very accommodating. Great size rooms with all the amenities needed. Spacious bathroom. Great location in Glenelg and very convenient to get back into the city. Will definitely be staying again.

Motel was nice and quiet. Very close to both tram and bus. Nice and clean inside.

Room was good. Very noisy corner of the premises. Smokers out the front all the time and smoke smell went in to the room all the time

Poor late check-in
The hotels.com website said that check in was possible until 9:30 pm. I showed up at 8:45 to find registration closed with a sign that it closed at 8:30 pm. I tried calling numbers listed on the hotels.com reservation and on the lobby -- no response. Eventually, I found another number that at least allowed me to leave a message; when I was called back, I was told that registration closed at 8 pm. After eventually sorting out the check in, the room was fine, though wifi cut out every 5 minutes or so.

We were met by a lovely reception lady. We entered our room to be greeted by a sewage smell, but it looked neat and tidy, so we opened windows and left. Arriving home later that night and going into the bathroom, we were shocked. Bathroom was an absolute disgrace, quite dirty, yucky built up filth around shower and grunge in corners. Something crispy on tiles inside shower, topped off with a decommissioned spa. Towels cream colour (meant to be white) with rust stains on bath mat. Air fan so blocked with fluff I am surprised it worked. Very noisy as on main road. Bed very comfortable. We left feeling disappointed and unclean.

We have an onsite maintenance manager, 24 hour on duty staff, reception team that are trained to assist upgrade you and address any issues immediately. We did not receive any report on the day. We offer our 24 hour reception to ensure you have a comfortable stay and would love the opportunity to assist you given the chance. We have not received further complaints but we have reported your feedback to our linen supplier. Relaxing and comfortable stay.
Very comfortable bed, which is hard to find in a motel these days. Very quiet inside the room considering it was right next to Anzac highway. Was told by a few people the staff can be rude, but I didn't see that at all. Very happy with my stay and staff that I dealt with were smiley and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

So pleasantly surprised - coming from a 4.5 star hotel, this room had more facilities and the upgrade came close to luxury. Obviously older style and beds comfortable but well-used, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend again especially for country visitors.
