This thoughtfully restored heritage cottage blends vintage character with colourful styling to create a relaxed coastal retreat. Polished timber floors, textured fabrics and carefully chosen décor give the home a warm personality, while natural light and an easy layout make it effortless to settle in and unwind after a day by the sea.

The living area forms the heart of the home, anchored by a striking exposed brick fireplace that adds warmth and character. Sink into the leather sofa with a film on the Smart TV, or spend quiet moments with a book as sunlight filters through the windows. Just beyond, the kitchen balances charm with practicality, offering generous bench space, a cooktop, oven, dishwasher and espresso machine to make mornings easy and shared meals effortless.

Dining flows naturally between the kitchen and courtyard, creating an inviting place to gather. Sliding open the servery window connects the spaces, allowing conversation to carry between those cooking inside and those relaxing outdoors. Step outside to a secluded courtyard framed by greenery and citrus trees. This alfresco setting invites slow breakfasts, relaxed afternoon lounging on the sun chairs, or long dinners around the outdoor table with the BBQ fired up as the evening cools.

Both bedrooms provide calm retreats with king beds dressed in soft vintage-wash linen, high-loft quilts and layered textiles. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub for relaxing soaks, with a washing machine, hairdryer and ironing facilities available.

WiFi, a Sonos sound system and convenient street parking add to the comfort of longer stays.


A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
