Family annual Christmas getaway
Fantastic cannot fault, very tidy, clean had everything we needed for a relaxing and perfect holiday for our whole family including our dogs. Perfect location, close to shops, and a short drive to the city and hills. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and a nice cafe for ice cream or meals. Great communication. Will definitely be back. Beautiful beachside getaway
We stayed at Charlie's place over Christmas and hosted dinner on Christmas Eve for 18 of our family members. The house is just beautiful and was perfect for our stay. Well equipped kitchen, lovely gardens, gorgeous bedrooms and a stone's throw from Grange Beach. Highly recommended.

Perfect Grange property

Absolutely beautiful. Just a minute walk to coffee shops and food. The jetty is 5 minutes walk and a must see at sunset. It is fully self contained with all the extras like washing powder,fabric softener and toiletries. There were lots of items already in the pantry which was great considering we had children. It’s a beautiful quiet area to stay. I would definitely book this property again.

Location was great beach, coffee shops bars all easily accessible host was really responsive to mails and texts , house was very well equipped Laundry and main bathroom could do with updating and potentially some beach towels and umbrellas could be provided

Spacious home in great location
We had a great stay at Gorgeous Grange. Lovely big home with lots of space for the whole family. Fabulous location in easy walking distance to Grange jetty, beach, hotel and cafes. 4 large screen tvs allowed for everyone’s tv viewing! Great outdoor area for alfresco dining and well appointed kitchen. Hope to stay again!

Great Spot
Had a great week with family here. Close to beach shops etc. accommodation as described in listing although the main bathroom was located off the main living areas and away from the other two large bedrooms. Everything was catered for with a lovely area outside.

This property was fantastic! Perfect for our golf trip to Adelaide with a great location and comfortably fitting a large group of friends, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a well presented house with everything you need for a getaway! Great family holiday spot
The location is excellent, within a very short walk to the beach, jetty, local restaurants and bakery on the corner. The location has everything you need but is also only a short drive from the airport (~12 minutes) or the city and botanical gardens. The house was very clean with lots of thoughtful amenities. My little girls (3 and 6) loved the games and books available and the cubby house in the safe and enclosed backyard which is visible from the entertaining part of the house. The owner provides great communication and the checkin process was faultless. A really lovely property with everything you need to eat-in or so close to lots of great restaurants if you'd prefer to enjoy the local food spots on offer. We'd be very happy to stay here again in the future.

When you pay over $700 a night to stay somewhere, getting called at 9:30 pm by the landlord to turn the music down is wrong in my opinion. The bbq gas bottle was empty. and the front gate was missing a latch.

Hey did you read when you booked no loud music and because latch is broken doesn’t mean the gate was broken you also don’t know how but broke the toilet seat and put black marks on walls and bed which don’t come out Also you have pay cleaners Not to mention used condom in a bed

Family Anniversary
The property was central to cafes, beach etc. Beds were comfortable for sleeping as well as the couch when the kids kick you out of the room for snoring !!! We had a lovely catch up with family to celebrate parents 60th Wedding Anniversary.

Loved both the location and the property. Well laid out, quick easy access to both beach and shops, felt quiet and private even though it was an easy walk to the beach. Very comfortable, easy to relax in, plenty of room for adults and teens to have space.

Girls weekend
We came for a Girls weekend and it was the perfect house. So much room for everyone and great outdoor area to sit and enjoy some drinks and nibbles. Great location, close to many essential shops. Dealing with Charlie was so easy, quick reply’s and great communication. We were very impressed and appreciative of the complementary breakfast he supplied as well! Will definitely be back, might even bring the hubbys and kids next time!

As someone who has to travel and use airbnb etc most weeks for work, I can without a doubt state that this was the best home I have ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful property and great amenities. The shops and beach are extremely close and Kellie & Charlie were so accomodating and amazing. This was the most magical weekend, thank you so much!

Great for families and all round getaway
We had a wonderful time at the grange. The kitchen came well equipped with all the necessities to cook in the spacious kitchen. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt homely. The location was great, and it was easy access to the beach (walking distance). Close to local shops as well. Thank you for being accommodating Charlie!

The house was lovely. Very comfortable and had all amenities we needed. Beds comfortable and was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect. So close to the beautiful beach, coffee shop, cafes and the pub. House in a beautiful tree lined street. Fantastic destination!
I was impressed by the space and luxurious elements to the interior design and of course by the generosity of the host, even giving consideration to welcome goodies in the fridge.
