« Si il y a bien un Kasa / mint house a faire c est bien celui ci »

« We chose The Joule as one of the highlights of our Texas trip, expecting a true five-star family experience. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. At check-in, one of our two rooms was still unavailable after 5:00 p.m. (although check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m.), and despite requesting rooms on the same floor as our children, we had to accept rooms on different floors. Our room was also missing bottled water and a coffee machine, which had to be requested. We were also surprised to...

« Decent hotel »

« The bar was awesome, we had great service and even better drinks! »

« Well I came here for my birthday. I was told I will receive a gift which did not happen. The outlets in the room were not working properly. I had to request for a fridge because there was not one in the room. The next day I found out the fridge was not even on. Which caused my leftover food to not be refrigerated. I did not receive an apology just that they will put in a work order . I only spend one night there .When I asked about this gift, I was told by the front desk that they did not have...

« We enjoyed our stay in our spacious suite! Well kept and all amenities provided were top notch! Conveniently located near the convention center, 8-10 minute walk. Located in a great area to sightsee and close to the highway. Breakfast was convenient and accessible. Overall we wish we could have stayed longer because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! Shout out to the valet gentlemen, they were so kind and gracious! »

Personnel serviable... si on insiste. »

« This hotel is located in an area that is currently undergoing a revitalization. There is a very large park across the street. The room was clean and newly remodeled but small details like an old shower curtain and lack of clothes hangers and a chair were simple fixes that could really improve the rooms. »

« This place is awful. The room they assigned us was a dump—the walls were cracked, the bathrooms were filthy and had no shower curtains, it smelled terrible, the floor was covered in dirt, and the windows had no curtains. It was like being in a garbage dump. They should shut down a place like this. »
