« Staff welcomed us very well when we arrived. They made sure we felt good and even contacted us before our arrival to plan with us our transportation from the airport. They helped us with places that were nice to visit on the island. They made us felt like we were home! The pool and the room were clean, spacious and unique! The view was just incredible. For sure I suggest to anyone to go there! It was perfect! »

« We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing. Thank you !! Would recommend to book another room instead of petite cave suite. The view and location is not the best one. »

« Katerina is very helpful with arranging transportations for us. Best way to connect to her is via WhatsApp. She is very accomodating with our checkin/checkout needs. My room has a beautiful view of city view and the water. It is very relaxing. »

« The room itself is stunning, quirky cave with a lot of space, the bed was comfy and the shower powerful , the view is the opposite side of the caldera but beautiful none the less, uninterrupted views and a lovely tranquil outdoor space to watch the sun rise or set , breakfast was superb and served outside the room so add this option on if you can , room was super clean, crisp white, host provided great communication, it’s a quiet spot about 10 mins from the main town which makes it nice and...

« The staff here is amazing. They are incredibly communicative and helpful. Beautiful room with private hot tub and roof top. »

« I really enjoy my stay at Lava Suite, the place is really beautiful and at 10 minutes by walk from the city center. The bus station to visit the other villages is very near by walk too, the receptionnists working at the hotel are amazing very kind and helpfull Thanks for everything! »

« Incroyable vraiment un séjour parfait. »

« Everything was perfect. An unforgettable stay, and a special thanks to Suzana for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and good humor. Sylvie et Stéphanie »
