„We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! The home was very comfortable with 4 adults and a baby with 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We arrived at 4am and check in was easy. The location is a short walk to an amazing beach (if you're not afraid of a small steep hill) and a quick drive to food, groceries, and the heart of Rincon. This is our second time staying here and the home clean, well appointed and well kept. „We had four adults and four children 8 and under in our party. My son passed away and we were there to celebrate his birthday. It was a perfect place to hang out together as a family. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool. We loved being able to walk to different restaurants and the little coffee shop. We especially loved the restaurant next door, Tamboo with excellent food and service.“
