„A very nice, exceptionally clean hotel! Everything felt fresh and well cared for, making it a pleasant place to stay. Ammar, the reception manager, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet. My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution. We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible. ...

„Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. “
