⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Horrible Experience
My experience at Hotel Heritage was a complete nightmare. I booked this hotel for two days, but the conditions were so terrible that staying there became unbearable.
The room had a strong gutter-like smell, making it extremely difficult to breathe comfortably. To make matters worse, there was no proper water supply for the entire two-day stay. Even when a little water was available, its quality was so bad that I vomited after using it. The situation was absolutely unacceptable.
The room was extremely dirty, with stains all over the bedsheets, blankets, and walls. The overall hygiene and maintenance were pathetic, and the room felt completely unsuitable for a comfortable stay.
I have never experienced such terrible accommodation. Basic necessities like clean water, proper hygiene, and a breathable room should be the minimum standard for any hotel, regardless of its price.
I would strongly advise travellers to think twice before booking this hotel. My experience was horrible, and I would never recommend Hotel Heritage to anyone. The management seriously needs to address the sanitation, water supply, cleanliness, and maintenance issues.
