This unit has an open floor layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, king size bed and entertainment unit. This studio has its own independent entrance and a lock off door connecting to a gorgeous 2 bedroom beachfront condo allowing this unit to be used as a 3 bedroom vacation rental. The adjacent condo has a full kitchen, living room, beachfront deck, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Only a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone during their stay. *Please be advised that while Nikte Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed.
