Check in is a hassle you need a QR code to get in and they don’t provided it after check in security guards will hassle you for not having it . It took me 45 minutes before I arrived to the property due to the QR CODE .

Tomt Hotel ved ankomst
Der var ingen i receptionen da vi ankom klokken 20:00, selv om de skriver der er folk til indtjekning indtil klokken 21:00. Da vi ringede var der ingen der tog telefonen. Vi skrev til dem på whatsapp, men inden de svarede sent havde vi fundet et værelse hvor nøglen sad i døren. Vi tog dette værelse og flyttede ind. Det er en dårlig oplevelse når man ankommer sent fra lufthavnen. Herudover havde vi et dejligt ophold. Morgenmaden vi ordnede til servering ved poolen blev frisk tillader og smagte dejligt.

The Hubby and I fell in love with the place. So clean, quiet the view is fantastic and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Gerardo went above and beyond for us even on his day off which honestly made our stay that much better. We also met Mirta and Raul which were also soo awesome! The pool outside is also super cute the way its set up. We are definitely coming back next year as a family. Gerardo should definitely be an extra rewarded employee, he honestly did go above and beyond for us.

Virkelig lækkert sted!
Vi blev meget positivt overraskede, da vi så hotellet. Der var lidt bøvl med at finde personale ved indtjekningen, men efterfølgende var alt kun positivt. Det er en meget moderne, ren og lækker villa med få værelser, så det føles ret privat. Vi fortrød hurtigt, at vi kun havde booket 1 nat der!

Property manager made personal contact to arrange arrival details. Staff took us to another Villa where there was a kitchen and cooked us a personal breakfast which was wonderful. Room was comfortable and shared space was great. Would certainly stay here again.

Best hotel, cheap price
Amazing hotel ! Carlos is so sweet and available with his clients, the room is beautiful and clean, the bathroom is spectacular and the pool is very cool ! We also got a private mini pool ! Everything was perfect

A great little place with you excellent service
Super clean, comfortable beds, nice little pool and great entertainment in room. Service from the staff was impeccable and breakfast very tasty. All in all a great experience. My only reservation is that it's a little far from the beach so you might need a car or taxi for that!

A lovely little spot a stone's throw from akumal
What a great little place, top quality service, well maintained grounds, nice little plunge pool, great breakfast and super helpful and freindly staff, big thanks to team there as they went above and beyond to make our trip perfect...highly recommended!!

Property in excellent condition, very quiet and private. Good wifi, nice pool, breakfast included; my entire 10 day stay was very comfortable. Shout out to Manuel, Ricky and the whole staff; personable and polite the entire time. Gracias a todos :)

It was a bit difficult to find, but once we did it was AMAZING. We started planning on coming back with the whole family before we even left.
