"Le site est exceptionnel: l’océan, la nature, le calme, mais aussi la vie des pêcheurs du village d’à côté. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant: le chef de cuisine qui parle parfaitement Suisse allemand, le personnel du spa, la réception… Il y a eu quelques dîners redondants les derniers jours: nous en avons profité pour goûter à la carte les fruits de mer frais excellents."

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, which we really appreciated. A huge shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Highlights: Location: Direct beach access is a dream! Breakfast: Instead of a buffet, they offer a delicious à la carte breakfast (included). I highly recommend trying the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast – it was absolutely superb. One downside: While the general staff was fantastic, we found the management/owners to be a bit rude and unfriendly. This was quite a contrast to the otherwise warm and welcoming service we received from everyone else. Conclusion: If you value cleanliness, amazing food, and being right on the beach, this is a great choice—just be prepared for a slightly cold reception from the management."

The managers and every single staff member work in perfect harmony, creating a genuinely warm, professional, and welcoming environment. The team is extremely friendly, proactive, and helpful, always going the extra mile with a smile. The food selection is fantastic, offering a wide range of top quality options for every taste and beautifully presented. A very special highlight: I needed a quiet room for an important meeting, and when I asked, the team immediately offered me a suite free of charge for the meeting. This level of service attitude, flexibility, and generosity is truly exceptional and rare. We highly, highly recommend NIIRA Hotel and its location to anyone visiting Mirissa Beach.
