« Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go.
