"Tolle Lage, sauber, großer Balkon. Frau Sonnenkalb war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Unter anderen gab es auch extrem klumpige Kissen, gebrochene Wäschetrockner, nur 2 Wassergläser bzw. Weingläser (obwohl die Wohnung für 4 Personen beworben ist). Völlig gemischte Geschirr, Besteck, Stühle, was kein guter Eindruck macht. Wenn das Klappbett runter ist, kann man gar nicht durch die 2 Betten laufen, wir haben rüber klettern müssen. "The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

Transparency on costs per night: apparently price on Vrbo is for 2 persons, with each additional person at 15.80USD per night on my booking. Cleanliness: Living room sofa was full of hair from a previous occupant. The bed in the childrens room had traces of confetti or sweets from a previous occupant. Communication: Nothing...
